ServiceMaster was there when we needed them! After a water pipe broke in our ceiling, we needed help fast! ServiceMaster provided immediate emergency cleanup and has returned several times to follow-up on many details that couldn't be done immediately.
"ServiceMaster has done an excellent job for us. They came quickly and stayed for several hours until the immediate crisis (water from a broken pipe) was under control. They have been back several times to follow up on details that couldn't be done that first night. Manny and his crews, John and Sterling and Landon and Matthew were amazing! They came prepared and knew exactly what to do. They worked HARD to get the water cleaned up and remove heavy, waterlogged, dripping carpet from our home. They were courteous and respectful the entire time, and worked well together as a team. They called and/or showed up on time. They were very patient and answered many questions we had about the entire cleanup process. They read our feelings well and were understanding and encouraging when we were totally overwhelmed.
They cleaned up after themselves and left no mess in the driveway. These guys were remarkable!
